Get To Know Your Clients Questionnaire!

Have you started sending Get to know Questionnaires to your clients when you book? If not, this is definitely something I recommend! It's so important to feel like you know your clients to a certain level so you can really tell their story to the best of your ability. I mean, you would want your photographer to feel like a friend on your wedding day right? me too!

In this Questionnaire, I give you my exact template that I send to my clients about a week after booking, I try to emphasis that I don't want it to feel like a chore and more of a fun date idea.

It also gives your clients that comfortablilty that they want on their wedding day.

How do I implement this guide?

This guide isn’t customisable!
You will receive a PDF questionnaire and from there you can copy & paste directly into your own work process/CRM, whether that be unscripted, honey book etc.

How any Questionnaires do you send?

Basically, one!
After my initial phone call & I am booked, I will send this questionnaire about a week or two after.
I will then send out a already filled out (by me) questionnaire about a month before the date of the wedding, just with the basic wedding info (timings, numbers, addresses etc), with everything I have picked up over the time of speaking to them. If there is anything I am missing I will ask them to fill in the blanks! :)

Can I change up the questions if they don't sound like me?

Yes yes yes, please do!
It’s super important you sound like yourself when speaking with your couples. This guide is purely here to help you on your journey to better understand your couples.

What CRM do you use?

I use Unscripted! It's an app/webpage that you can send Contracts, Invoices, Questionnaires, Client Guides etc from! I have been using it for a while now and find it so easy and user friendly to use.
If you are using Unscripted too this is how you create a Questionnaire -

• Head to your photoshoots tab

• Click Templates & then Questionnaires
• Click Create new
• Enter a name for this particular questionnaire (I will usually name either "Wedding Questionnaire or Couples Questionnaire"
• You can then start typing in your questions & save!
